Is there an app to download?
No app store is needed. HR4ON is a web app that you add to your home screen from Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android.
Does it work offline?
The installed app keeps its screens, but your data always loads fresh after sign-in. Personal and payroll data is never stored in the offline cache.
Can someone see my salary over my shoulder?
Amounts are hidden until you choose Show amounts, and lock-screen notifications can hide pay, tax and case details.
Can managers approve everything from the phone?
Managers decide leave, corrections, remote punches, timesheets, expenses, travel, loans, employment changes, resignations and hiring requests from the approvals inbox.
