Every part of HR and payroll, connected

HR4ON has 32 modules that work as one. The same employee record, approval engine, data scope and audit trail run through all of them, so a change in one place is seen everywhere it matters.

What every module shares

These rules are not features of one screen. They apply across the suite.

  • Dated records. Companies, units, masters, settings, policies and employee assignments are versioned by date, with an As of view.
  • Approvals by people. Requests follow configurable chains with reminders and escalation. Nothing is approved automatically, and nobody approves their own request.
  • One data scope. What you can see in a screen is what you can see in its reports and exports.
  • History, not overwrites. Corrections are made with new, linked records, so the original stays on file.
  • Phone first. Every screen works on a phone, and the most frequent tasks are designed for it.
  • Print and share. Lists and pages print or share as a PDF in the HR4ON style.
