The idea

Most HR systems are built for the HR department. People who use them every day, the employees and their managers, are an afterthought. HR4ON starts from the other end: the person clocking in at the gate, applying for leave on a bus, or reading a payslip at home.

At the same time, payroll is the one thing an employer must get right every single month. So HR4ON checks inputs before calculating, explains every change in pay, keeps the person who prepares payroll apart from the person who approves it, and never rewrites a finalised payroll.

Built for Indian organisations

HR4ON is designed around how organisations in India work: PF, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare fund and income tax withholding with a choice of tax regime; PAN, Aadhaar and bank details kept masked; multiple companies, establishments and locations; and festival themes for the occasions your people celebrate.

Phone first

Every screen of HR4ON was designed for a phone and then for a desktop. It installs from the browser, so there is nothing to download from an app store and nothing to update.

Complete, not cobbled together

HR4ON covers 32 modules, from hiring and onboarding to exits and final settlement. They share one employee record, one approval engine, one data scope and one audit trail.
